For Halcyon London International School, we brought together data from multiple systems - including ManageBac - into a single, joined-up view, removing the need for siloed exports and manual analysis.
This was a research-led project carried out over an extended period, exploring how best to structure, secure and surface complex educational data in a way that would be genuinely useful to staff. We designed a controlled, AI-powered approach that allows data to be queried safely and contextually, ensuring outputs remain accurate, relevant and appropriate for the school environment.
We then developed and trained an AI assistant that allows teachers to interact with their data in plain language, delivering clear, contextual answers designed to support better decision-making and help staff get up to speed more quickly.
The platform was built with UK GDPR compliance at its core, ensuring data is handled securely and responsibly throughout, while giving staff faster, more intuitive access to the information they need.
