There is no one-size-fits-all, but to help aid the conversation we have created a ballpark quote generator.

Integrations

MIS integration £300 per site per year. Payment integration 30p per patron per year from headcount above for non-Stripe payment integrations. Stripe is included at £0.

Projection

Show recurring costs through year 3 years

Years 2+ apply 2% compound inflation each year to the total annual recurring bill (EPOS licence, pre-ordering, MIS, payments). Setup and hardware are one-off in year 1 only.
